Frequently asked questions
What is in-house corporate training?
In-house (or in-company) training means we deliver the workshop exclusively for your team, at your location or online, with content tailored to your business. It is usually more cost-effective than sending individuals to open seminars and it lets the team work on real, shared challenges.
Where do you deliver training?
On-site anywhere in Europe — including Amsterdam, Barcelona, Brussels, Dublin, Hamburg, London, Madrid and Paris — plus selected international locations such as Dubai, and live online for distributed teams.
How large can a group be?
Most workshops work best with 8 to 20 participants. We regularly run sessions for up to 50 people with additional facilitators, and short Lunch & Learn formats for much larger audiences.
How far in advance should we book?
Four to six weeks is comfortable for a tailored in-house workshop, which leaves time for the scoping call and content adaptation. Shorter lead times are often possible — just ask.
In which languages do you train?
English and German. Materials and templates can be provided in both.
What does a SkillDay cost?
In-house workshops are quoted as a fixed price per training day, based on group size, format and travel. Get in touch with your team size and preferred dates and you will receive a proposal within 24 hours.
