Your OKR training will be led by Mr. Joern Steinz, MBA. Mr. Steinz is the founder and CEO of INNOMINDS, an innovation and OKR consulting firm based in Hamburg, and a graduate of the EADA Business School in Barcelona. Since 2018, he has been assisting companies with the implementation of the OKR method, providing support both on-site and online.

Prior to founding INNOMINDS, Mr. Steinz amassed valuable experience as a management consultant at Accenture and as a corporate development manager at XING, a platform similar to LinkedIn but tailored for the German market.

Mr. Steinz is a regular OKR lecturer at academic institutions such as the International School of Management (ISM) and the Dual University in Heilbronn. His workshops have an average rating of 4.9 out of 5 on Google.
