Services The participation fee is per person and training date plus statutory value-added tax. It includes participation in the seminar, extensive training documents, and a certificate upon request.
Payment Terms The participation fee plus statutory value-added tax is due upon receipt of the invoice. Payments are accepted exclusively by bank transfer. Partial participation in the training does not entitle the participant to reduce the participation fee.
Prevention / Illness on the Seminar Date If you are unable to attend on the day of the training, you can reschedule to another seminar date within 12 months or nominate a substitute participant. This rescheduling is possible via email.
Cancellations / Postponements of Trainings If the training cannot be conducted due to force majeure, the prevention of a speaker (e.g., sudden illness of the speaker), disturbances at the training location, or due to insufficient participant numbers, the participants will be informed immediately. The cancellation due to insufficient participant numbers will be made no later than 1 week before the training. The minimum number of participants for online seminars is 3; for onsite seminars, it is 5.
If in-house training is canceled by the commissioning company within 4 weeks before the agreed training date, Double Tree UG reserves the right to charge the canceling company 50% of the agreed seminar fee as a cancellation fee.
Claims for reimbursement of travel and accommodation costs, as well as lost work, are excluded unless such costs arise due to gross negligence or intentional behavior on the part of Double Tree UG.
Right to Make Changes Double Tree UG reserves the right, in exceptional cases, to replace announced speakers with others and to make necessary changes to the training program (content, methodological, and organizational changes) while maintaining the overall character of the training.
The documents provided as part of the training are created to the best of our knowledge. Liability and warranty for the correctness, timeliness, completeness, and quality of the content are excluded.
