Leave your offsite with top priorities, owners and dates
An experienced facilitator runs your leadership team’s day: every leader contributes, the team decides together, and the plan is in the calendars before anyone goes home.
By the end of the day, your team has
Three voted priorities for the year ahead
Key Results and one owner for every priority
Actions until year-end – and what consciously waits
A short check-in rhythm, already in everyone’s calendar
A leadership team that knows what matters – and who drives it
Focus
Three priorities the whole team voted for – and a list of what you stop.
Ownership
One name on every priority and every action. Nobody wonders who drives it.
Alignment
One shared picture of where the site stands, built by every function.
Momentum
Dates in calendars before anyone leaves. The plan starts working the next day.
Your leadership offsite facilitator
When the whole leadership team is in the room, someone needs to hold the structure – so every leader can think and decide instead of moderating.
Three offsite formats, one clear flow
Priorities offsite
Your leadership team agrees three priorities for next year, with Key Results, owners and a stop list.
For: plant, site and country leadership teams
Leadership alignment day
After a merger, a reorganisation or a new leader: one picture, shared responsibilities, agreed ways of working.
For: new or changed leadership teams
OKR kick-off offsite
Your first set of Objectives and Key Results, built by the team that owns them, with a rhythm to keep them alive.
For: teams starting with OKRs
Structure you can feel, facilitation you hardly notice
Your offsite follows one visible path: from where you stand to what matters, who owns it and what happens next. Each step builds on the one before, so the afternoon turns the morning’s ideas into decisions.
We bring the methods, the boards and the materials. Your team brings the knowledge – and leaves with the result in its own words.
Scoping call
We clarify the goal, the givens and what success looks like after the day.
One day, on site
At your site or a venue near you. Full group, clear rounds, visible boards.
Results the same evening
Photos and a filled-in action tracker – ready for your first check-in.
Six results you can use the next day
A shared picture
Where you stand today, visible on one board and in one photo.
Three priorities with Key Results
Worded by your team, measurable, owned.
A stop list
What you drop or park – so the priorities get the time they need.
An action tracker
Every action with owner, date and status – in your inbox the same evening.
Leadership agreements
One or two things your team will do the same way from tomorrow.
A check-in rhythm
Short, fixed dates that keep the priorities alive after the day.
A leadership team offsite that ends with a plan
A proven flow for one day. In the scoping call we adapt it to your team, your topics and your timing.
Opening and confidence check
Everyone shows a number from 1 to 10 at the same moment. The day starts honest.
Where we stand
A shared picture of what drives you, what slows you down and which risks lie ahead – everyone writes first.
Coffee
What matters most
Everyone proposes, the team votes: three priorities, a stop list and first Key Results.
Lunch
Who owns it – and why it breaks
One owner per priority, root causes at system level, and the leadership team’s own agreements.
Coffee
What we do now
Every action sorted: until year-end, consciously next quarter, or not at all – each with an owner and a date.
How we stay on track
Weekly check-in, monthly review – booked in calendars on the spot. Closing round: “Starting tomorrow, I will …”

Questions leadership teams ask us
Can you run the offsite in English?
Yes. We facilitate in English or German – ideal for international leadership teams and group colleagues who join from abroad.
How much preparation does our team need?
One scoping call with the person who owns the day. There we agree the goal, the givens and what success looks like after the offsite.
Where does the offsite take place?
Wherever suits your team: at your site, in a hotel or at a venue near you. We come to you and bring the materials.
Do we need to know OKRs?
No. We use the simple structure of priorities, Key Results and owners. It works on the day, with or without an OKR programme.
How do you keep one function or one voice from dominating?
Everyone writes before anyone discusses, votes happen at the same moment, and the most senior person speaks last. It feels fair – and it is fast.
What happens after the day?
You receive the photos and the filled-in action tracker the same evening. Your first check-in dates are already in the calendars.
