What your team can do after the training

Creativity is a skill your team can practise. After the training, everyone shares one language and one method for creative problem solving.

Ask sharper questions

Turn a vague challenge into a precise how-might-we question that opens up better ideas.

Generate ideas fast

Produce many – and genuinely different – ideas in minutes, alone and together.

Pick the strongest

Prioritize with clear criteria, so ideas turn into decisions instead of lists.

Test before you invest

Build a quick prototype and learn from real users before committing budget.

How it works

Creativity training as a facilitated working session

Your team learns by doing. Phases of individual reflection alternate with structured collaboration – supported by facilitation techniques that keep everyone involved.

Active participation

Every voice counts – quiet thinkers and fast talkers alike.

Clear prioritization

Your team agrees on what to pursue and why.

Tangible outcomes

You leave with ideas, prototypes and next steps on the wall.

Methods your team takes home

Creative problem solving tools that work in daily business

Customer Journey Mapping

See the experience through your customer’s eyes and spot pain points and peak moments.

Jobs-to-Be-Done

Understand the progress people really want to make – the base for every strong idea.

Crazy 8s & idea mash-ups

Eight sketches in eight minutes, then unexpected combinations that spark new concepts.

Reverse brainstorming

Ask how to make things worse, then flip the answers into fresh solutions.

Perspective shifts

Borrow ideas from other industries and look at the challenge with new eyes.

Impact–effort matrix

Sort ideas by value and effort to find the quick wins and the big bets.

Formats

Choose your creativity workshop format

Every training is tailored to your team’s goals. A specific question gets a specific answer – so we start with a short briefing on what success looks like for you.

Team developing ideas with sticky notes in a creativity training

1-day creativity workshop

A compact, energizing day: your team experiences the full process once and leaves with a toolkit for daily work.

2–3-day program

Time to take a real business challenge from first insight to tested prototypes and a clear decision.

On-site or live online

In-house at your offices across Europe, or remote with a digital whiteboard – in English or German.

What you take away

Results you can see on the wall

1

A sharp problem statement

Plus a set of how-might-we questions your team agrees on.

2

A ranked set of ideas

Clustered, discussed and prioritized by impact and effort.

3

Tested prototypes

4

A method toolkit and next steps

FAQ

Questions about the creativity training

How long is the creativity training?

We run it as a 1-day workshop or as a 2–3-day program. The longer format gives your team time to take a real challenge all the way to tested prototypes.

Can we work on our own business challenge?

Yes, and we recommend it. In the briefing we pick a challenge that matters to you, so the ideas your team develops are useful the day after the training.

Does the training run on-site or online?

Both. We come to your offices or a venue of your choice across Europe, or run the training live online with a digital whiteboard.

Which languages do you train in?

The creativity training is available in English and German.

Who is the training for?

Teams and leaders who want a shared way to solve problems creatively – across functions, roles and seniority levels.

How do we get started?

With a free, no-obligation initial consultation. We clarify your objectives and your team’s context and define the right format together. We reply within 24 hours.
