Formats

Built for busy teams in every time zone

Short, hands-on sessions keep learning close to daily work. Every ten minutes participants solve a task of their own in Sheets, with a trainer at their side.

We schedule cohorts to suit your regions, so colleagues in Europe, the Middle East, the Americas and Asia each train at a sensible local time.

Live online sessions

90-minute or half-day modules in a virtual classroom. Ideal for staggered waves across countries.

On-site training days

Full days in your offices for teams who learn best together in one room.

Blended learning journey

A kick-off, spaced follow-up sessions and practice tasks in between, so new skills stick.

What participants take away

Tools they use from the next day on

Template library

Ready-made trackers, reports and dashboards to copy into their own Drive.

Formula cheat sheet

The functions of their level on one page, with examples.

Their own solution

A sheet from their daily work, rebuilt faster and cleaner in the session.

Next-level path

A clear view of what to learn next and which cohort to join.

Sample roll-out

A staggered programme in four waves

A proposal that we adapt to your organisation in the briefing, where we also agree what success looks like after the programme.

Wave 1

Discover

Briefing with your L&D team, skills check for all participants, programme outline per region and language.

Wave 2

Foundation and Practitioner cohorts

The largest groups start first, so the whole organisation shares a common Sheets standard quickly.

Wave 3

Power User cohorts

Analysts and team leads go deep into automation, dashboards and AI support.

Wave 4

Anchor and scale

Follow-up clinics, a champions network and new cohorts for the next level.

FAQ

Questions about Google Sheets training for global teams

Can you run one Google Sheets training programme across several countries?

Yes. We design one programme with shared levels, exercises and learning goals, then run it as live online cohorts across time zones and, where it makes sense, as on-site days in your offices.

Which languages do you deliver in?

Our trainers deliver in English and German. If your programme needs further languages, tell us which ones in the first call and we will let you know straight away what we can cover.

How do you place employees at the right level?

A short skills check before the programme. Each person answers a handful of practical Sheets tasks, and we group them into Foundation, Practitioner or Power User cohorts. Colleagues learn with peers at their own level.

Our people are already onboarded onto Google Workspace. Is that a good starting point?

It is the ideal one. Onboarding covers the basics of logging in and sharing. The programme builds on that and turns everyday Sheets users into confident analysts and automators.

Do you work with our own data and use cases?

We build the exercises around your typical reports, trackers and workflows, with anonymised or sample data that looks like yours. Participants use what they learn the next day.

Can colleagues switching from Excel join?

Absolutely. We add an Excel-to-Sheets bridge module that maps familiar functions and habits to their Google Sheets equivalents and highlights what Sheets does better, such as live collaboration.

How do we start?

Book a short call. We clarify your target groups, languages, time zones and goals, then send you a proposed programme outline that we refine together.
