How long is an alignment workshop?
Most teams choose one or two days. One day works well for a leadership team with a clear agenda; two days give larger groups time to connect first and decide second.
One or two facilitators - what fits us?
One facilitator is a great fit for leadership teams and smaller groups. For larger groups and teams from several sites, two facilitators run the small-group phases in parallel, so every table gets close support.
Can we bring leadership and teams together?
Yes. Many workshops start with the leadership team sharing direction and then work in mixed groups, so the whole team shapes and owns the priorities.
Where do you run the workshop?
At your venue or an offsite location of your choice, across Europe. We travel from Hamburg.
Which language?
English or German, whichever works best for your team.
What do we get afterwards?
A consolidated results document with your top priorities, the OKRs, owners and dates, and the key statements from the workshop.
How do we prepare?
A short briefing call is enough. We agree on goals, group and what success looks like after the workshop, and design the flow around it.

Founder of SkillDay · Strategy facilitator
Jörn helps leadership teams and teams turn complex, high-stakes discussions into clear priorities, decisions and commitments. Since 2014 he has facilitated more than 1.000 workshops and trainings, combining structured facilitation with OKR-based strategy execution.
Before founding SkillDay he spent more than ten years at Accenture, XING and the freenet Group. MBA from EADA Business School Barcelona.
Oliver Pasdzior
Transformation facilitator
Oliver brings deep experience in transformation and leadership dynamics, with particular strength in the human side of change.
He guides teams through complex discussions toward shared perspectives and clear ownership, combining analytical clarity with empathy and pragmatic facilitation.
