Who is the facilitation toolkit for?
For anyone who designs and runs workshops at work: team leads, project managers, HR and L&D teams, internal consultants and change agents. No facilitation background is needed.
What is the difference between the team and the company licence?
The team licence covers named people. The company licence lets you share and adapt the templates across your organisation, for example on your intranet or SharePoint.
Which language is the playbook in?
The playbook and the monthly live calls are in English. Kick-off trainings and coaching are available in English and German.
Do we need a training as well?
No. The playbook works on its own. A kick-off training helps when you want everyone to use it the same way from the start.
Can I start with a single copy?
Yes. Individual copies are available on workshopplaybook.com. The team licence is for organisations that want it for several people.

Joern Steinz
Joern has facilitated workshops since 2014: strategy days, leadership offsites, innovation sprints and team workshops for companies across Europe. Before that he was a consultant at Accenture and worked in corporate development at XING and the freenet Group; he holds an MBA from EADA Business School Barcelona.
He founded SkillDay, a network of trainers for corporate teams, and wrote The Workshop Playbook so that every team can run workshops that end in decisions.
