Get the most important things done
Time management training for managers, leaders and employees. How to manage your time box, protect focus in a calendar full of meetings, and finish the week with the work that mattered actually finished.
How a SkillDay works
From first call to applied skills — in four clear steps.
Scope
A 30-minute call to understand your team, your goals and the situations the training has to improve.
Design
We tailor the agenda, exercises and examples to your industry and your real work — no generic slide deck.
Deliver
A hands-on day in-house or online: short inputs, lots of practice, immediate feedback.
Apply
Templates, a one-page summary and an optional follow-up session so the method survives the first busy week.
Three levers, ten practices, one system that fits your week
Participants do not adopt a rigid methodology. They assemble a personal system from practices that work in your organisation's reality.
Prioritisation
Proven techniques for identifying what matters most — and for saying no to the rest without damaging relationships.
Work organisation
Best practices for execution: planning the week, limiting work in progress and defending blocks of deep work.
Self-management
Clarity about motivation and energy, so the system survives the first genuinely bad week.
For teams — and specifically for managers and leaders
The core day works for any team. The leadership version adds the problems that only appear once other people depend on your calendar.

Ten practices, worked through hands-on
Each block combines a short input with an exercise applied directly to the participant's own calendar and task list.

- Specialists and project teams juggling several parallel workstreams
- Teams after a reorganisation, with new and unclear workloads
- Organisations tackling workload, focus and wellbeing seriously
- Available as a full day, a half day or a Lunch & Learn

Frequently asked questions
Is there a version specifically for managers and leaders?
Yes. The leadership track covers delegation, meeting-load reduction and protecting strategic time — the issues that only appear once other people fill your calendar. It can be booked as a separate group or as an add-on module.
Which tools or apps do you teach?
The training is tool-independent. The practices work with whatever calendar, task app or notebook your organisation already uses, and we adapt examples to your setup.
How long is the training?
A full day in-house is the standard. A half day covers prioritisation and planning, and a 60–90 minute Lunch & Learn works as an impulse for larger audiences.
Does it work for a whole department?
Yes, and it works better. Many time problems are team problems — meeting culture, response expectations, unclear priorities. The team agreements add-on tackles those directly.
Is there follow-up?
An optional 60-minute follow-up session after about 30 days is where participants fix what did not stick the first time.
