Step on stage with a talk people remember
Personal conference presentation coaching for managers and experts. We sharpen your storyline, your slide statements and your delivery – so your audience follows every step and leaves with your key takeaways.
Four moves to a talk that lands
One message the room repeats
Everything on stage serves the single idea your audience takes home.
A contrast that opens every ear
Where you started, where you are now – the gap makes people lean in.
A statement on every slide
Each title says the point, so the room follows without effort.
A close that moves people
Your talk ends with a clear call to action, not a thank-you slide.
What you walk on stage with
One focused session turns a good deck into a talk that is easy to follow – and easy to remember.
A clear core message
You can say in one sentence what your talk is about – and every slide pays into it.
A storyline that carries
Opening, main part and close build on each other, so the audience follows from first word to last.
Slides that say the point
Neutral topic titles become strong statements. Your key takeaways stand where people can see them.
Confidence on stage
You know your timing, your opening and your close – and you walk into the Q&A prepared.
Conference presentation coaching that fits your timeline
You bring the content and the expertise. We help you shape it into a talk that lands with the people in the room.
Ready before your event
We work to your deadline and focus on the changes that make the biggest difference to your talk.
Built on your real deck
No theory: we sharpen your actual slides and your actual words, statement by statement.
A full dry run
You deliver your talk live, and get direct, practical feedback on structure and stage presence.
Three tools that make your message stick
The arc audiences love
Your talk follows the hero’s journey of your project: the challenge, the turning point, the result – and what it means for the people in the room.
Action titles
A technique from consulting: write every slide title as a full statement first, line them up into a storyline, and only then decide what each slide needs to show.
Guided reveal
Information appears step by step, so the audience looks where you speak. Your strongest number gets the big moment it deserves.
Presentation coaching for managers, focused on your talk
You send us your current deck and tell us about the event: who is in the audience, how long your slot is, and what you want people to do afterwards.
In the session we work on your real slides and your real words. You leave with a sharper storyline, stronger statements and a clear plan for the final version.
Book your coachingDeck review
We go through your slides together, sharpen each statement and remove what distracts from your message.
Dry run
You present in real time. We work on opening, timing, transitions, stage presence and your call to action.
Q&A prep
We anticipate the questions your audience will ask, so you answer them with ease.
What you take with you
A sharpened storyline
Introduction, main part and close, mapped to your time slot.
Rewritten slide titles
Active statements your audience can read and remember.
An opening that grabs attention
A strong contrast in the first minute that makes the room curious.

Questions speakers ask us
Who is conference presentation coaching for?
For managers, executives and experts who speak at a conference, a customer event or a large internal meeting – and want their talk to be easy to follow and their key takeaways to stick.
How close to the event can we start?
Many speakers come to us when the deck already exists and the date is close. We focus on the changes with the biggest effect, so your talk improves quickly.
Do you work online or on site?
Both. Coaching runs well online with your slides on screen; for a full dress rehearsal we can also meet in person.
Do you also redesign the slides?
The coaching sharpens your storyline, statements and delivery – you keep ownership of your deck. If you want the slides fully designed, our presentation agency SlideMinds can take that on.
Which languages?
English and German.
Can we book coaching for several speakers?
Yes. We coach individual speakers before an event, and we run presentation trainings for whole teams.
