Presentation coaching for a winning structure
Your audience follows you from the first slide to the decision: a structure that leads, core messages that stick and slides that are understood at a glance – and, if needed, the delivery to match. For teams, individuals, experts, managers and leaders.
In every coaching, you
- 1Build a winning structurea storyline your audience can easily follow
- 2Sharpen your core messagesone clear statement per slide, right in the title
- 3Make slides easy to graspvisuals and charts understood at a glance
- 4Deliver with confidenceif needed: voice, presence and a calm mind
After the coaching, you can
Four skills that make every next pitch, update and talk easier to follow – starting the next day.
Build a storyline that leads
Pick the structure that fits your audience and situation – hero’s journey or pyramid – and guide people to your conclusion.
Put core messages first
Write slide titles as full statements. Your audience follows the argument from the titles alone.
Design slides people get at a glance
One message per slide, a clear visual hierarchy and charts that make exactly one point.
Present with confidence
When delivery matters most: voice, pause, eye contact and staying calm when it counts.
One coach for every speaker in your company
Teams
A focused session in your team day, offsite or kick-off – on everyone’s real presentations.
Individuals
1:1 before a big pitch, talk or meeting that has to land.
Experts
Complex analyses turned into a story non-experts and decision-makers can follow.
Managers
Updates, pitches and proposals that win a decision.
Leaders
Strategy, town halls and stakeholder moments with a clear storyline.
A winning presentation structure your audience can follow
The core technique comes from Jörn’s years as a consultant at Accenture: storyline first, slides second.
Structure
Core message, audience and a storyline of statements – built before the first slide is designed.
Slides
Each slide proves one statement, visually and at a glance.
Delivery
If needed: presence, voice and the mindset to stay calm and confident.
Storyline first, slides second
Five steps that work for a customer pitch as well as for a board update.
Core message
The key insight and the action you want from the audience.
Audience picture
Who is in the room, what matters to them and how they form an opinion.
Structure
Hero’s journey or pyramid – chosen for this audience and situation.
Action titles
Blank slides with full-sentence titles form the storyline.
Visual slides
Only now: the visuals and data each statement needs.
Coaching formats that fit your day
Many teams book the coaching as one module of an offsite, a kick-off or a team workshop. It works just as well as a session of its own.
Individuals book 1:1 sessions before a big pitch, talk or meeting – more in our executive presentation coaching.
1:1 coaching
One speaker, one important presentation: structure, slides and, if needed, delivery.
Team session · 2–3 hours
Structure and core messages on everyone’s own presentation, plus quick wins for clearer slides.
Half day
Adds visual slide design: participants rebuild their own slides with the coach.
One day
Structure, slides and delivery, with practice and feedback all day. See our presentation workshop.
Example team session: two and a half hours
What makes a presentation easy to follow
A short input on how audiences listen – and what they need from us.
Core message and audience
Each participant takes a real presentation – a customer pitch, a talk, an update – and sharpens the one message for that audience.
A winning structure
Hero’s journey and pyramid in practice: the storyline is built from action titles on blank slides.
Slides understood at a glance
One message per slide, visual hierarchy and charts that make the point – with a slide rebuilt live.
Practice and feedback
Everyone presents their storyline in three minutes and gets feedback; volunteers present to the group and get feedback from the coach.
A suggestion – if delivery is a focus for your team, we add a block on voice and presence. In the briefing we adapt the flow and agree what success looks like after the session.
What participants take back to the next meeting
A clear storyline
For a real presentation each person is about to give.
Core messages in the titles
So every slide says what it means.
Sharper slides
Visual, calm and understood in seconds.
A method for every next deck
And in teams a shared language for faster, kinder reviews.

Questions about presentation coaching
Who is the coaching for?
For teams, individuals, experts, managers and leaders – anyone with presentations that need to win a decision, a customer or an audience.
How long is a session?
Team sessions run two to three hours, half a day or a full day. 1:1 coaching is planned around your important moment.
Can it be part of our offsite or team workshop?
Yes. We design the coaching as one module in your agenda and align it with the rest of your day.
Do participants need to prepare?
Bring a current or recent presentation. We work on it directly in the coaching.
Do you also coach delivery?
Yes, when it matters for you: voice, presence, eye contact and staying calm. Most of the impact comes from structure and slides, so that is where we start.
Do you run the coaching in English?
Yes, in English and in German.
Is there a 1:1 option?
Yes – see our executive presentation coaching for individual speakers.
