Why Brussels

Brussels is the workshop capital of Europe. EU institutions, associations, NGOs, consultancies and corporate public-affairs teams spend their days in meetings with people from twenty countries, mostly in English, and need sessions that end in a decision.

This training is built for that environment: a small international group, your own upcoming session as the case, and a structure that works whether the room is five people or fifty.

Who joins in Brussels

  • Staff of EU institutions, agencies and permanent representations
  • Policy, communication and project leads in associations and NGOs
  • Consultants and public-affairs teams
  • Participants from Antwerp, Ghent, Luxembourg and Lille

Venue

Regus Brussels Central Station
Rue des Colonies 11, 1000 Brussels

At Bruxelles-Central.

Getting there

The venue is next to Bruxelles-Central, between Grand-Place and the Parc de Bruxelles. The EU quarter is ten minutes by metro; Antwerp, Ghent, Leuven and Lille are under an hour by train, and the Eurostar from London, Paris and Amsterdam stops at Midi.

The day

Agenda

Both days start at 9:30 at Regus Brussels Central Station with coffee and a short round: which workshop do you have to run next? Those sessions become the cases for the two days. Lunch is a short walk away around Grand-Place or the Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert.

3

Your own agents

Set up an agent for a routine task, test it, improve it.

4

Workflows

Link several agents into one chain, with a human deciding at the end.

5

Data and quality

Rules for company data, typical errors, checking steps.

6

Transfer

Your plan: three tasks you do with AI right away.

Take away

What you take away

  • Your prompt library for recurring tasks
  • A working agent of your own
  • A sketch of your first workflow
  • Data and quality checklist
  • Certificate of attendance
Bring: Please bring a laptop with access to Microsoft 365 Copilot or ChatGPT (the free version is enough).

Questions

Questions about the AI training in Brussels

Do I need prior knowledge?

No. We start with the good prompt and end with the workflow. If you already prompt well, you build your first agent in the afternoon.

Which tools do we use?

Microsoft 365 Copilot and ChatGPT. The principles carry over to other assistants. We check which licence you have before the seminar.

What about data protection?

A dedicated block covers which data may go into which tool and how to check results before they leave the organisation.

Where does the training take place?

At Regus Brussels Central Station, Rue des Colonies 11, 1000 Brussels, next to Bruxelles-Central. You receive the exact room with your booking confirmation.

How does invoicing work for Belgian companies and EU bodies?

You can book by invoice. Prices are net; VAT is handled according to the status and location of your organisation. We answer questions on this before you book.

Will the training definitely run?

From three paying participants. If we are below that 14 days before the date, we cancel and refund in full.

Can I book the Brussels training with colleagues?

Yes. From three people from one organisation, send us a short note and we reserve the seats on one invoice. From six people an inhouse date at your offices in Brussels or Luxembourg is usually the better option.

Microsoft, Microsoft 365 and Copilot are trademarks of the Microsoft Corporation; ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI. SkillDay is an independent provider and is not affiliated with either company.
