How the three months run
This is a proposal. In the first session we align it with your calendar and the appearances that matter most to you.
Kick-off session, map of your audiences and stakeholders, core message and storylines for your next two or three key appearances.
We rework or build your slides and run live rehearsals on video with direct feedback on message, structure and delivery.
Final rehearsals, drills for critical questions, debrief after each appearance and a plan for the quarter that follows.
Send drafts of decks, speeches or emails and get concrete feedback before they go out.

Questions about executive communication coaching
What is executive communication coaching?
Executive communication coaching helps leaders get their message across in the moments that matter: board and investor meetings, strategy keynotes, town halls and difficult announcements. At SkillDay it runs as a three-month remote partnership, built around your real appearances rather than generic exercises.
How is this different from presentation coaching?
Presentation coaching sharpens a single presentation in one or a few sessions. This package accompanies you for three months across several key moments, combines message, slides and delivery, and includes reviews of your drafts between sessions. For one-off sessions see executive presentation coaching.
Is everything done remotely?
Yes. Sessions run as video calls, and drafts are reviewed between sessions. Many leaders present on video anyway, so you rehearse in the setting you perform in. An on-site rehearsal before a major event can be added.
Can you also build the slides?
Yes. If you want the deck built rather than reworked, our presentation agency SlideMinds designs it in your corporate design as part of the package.
Is the coaching confidential?
Yes. Strategy papers, board materials and drafts are treated confidentially, and signing your NDA is no problem.
Can our company book this for one of our leaders?
Yes, that is the usual case. HR or the leader’s manager books the package; goals and moments are agreed with the leader in the first session.
Is it available in German?
Yes. All sessions and reviews run in English or German.
