Joern Steinz combines strong business acumen with deep methodological expertise in creative problem-solving. He is an experienced Design Thinking Trainer and workshop facilitator and the founder of INNOMINDS.

For more than a decade, he has supported leadership teams and organizations in strengthening creative problem-solving capabilities, improving decision-making, and turning innovation initiatives into measurable business impact.

His workshops are designed to foster the creative competence of participants. By combining Design Thinking with Jobs-to-Be-Done, Lean Startup®, and the Business Model Canvas®, Joern ensures that solutions are not only human-centered, but also strategically sound and execution-ready.

Joern holds an MBA from the EADA Business School and previously worked as a consultant at Accenture, bringing a strong commercial and strategic perspective to his facilitation work.
