The morning concludes with a team-based activity using a fictional case study developed by OKR pioneer Andy Grove – a practical foundation for future OKR development within your organisation.
Afternoon – Facilitated Working Session
In a guided workshop format, the group collaboratively drafts an initial OKR proposal that translates strategic goals into focused, outcome-oriented OKRs. These are documented in a shared Excel template, providing a practical output that business units and teams can build on to align with company-wide priorities.

OKR Trainer Joern Steinz (MBA)
Your OKR training will be led by Jörn Steinz, a highly experienced OKR trainer and the founder of OKR Consultants, a leading OKR and innovation consultancy based in Hamburg. A graduate of EADA Business School Barcelona, Mr. Steinz has been supporting organisations across Europe with OKR implementation since 2018 – both onsite and online.
Before founding INNOMINDS, Mr. Steinz worked as a management consultant at Accenture and later as a corporate development manager at XING (the German equivalent of LinkedIn). His practical business experience helps him deliver OKR training that is grounded in real-world strategy execution.
