9:30 – 10:45 | Module 1: Fundamentals of Effective Communication
- Theory: Introduction to the basics of effective communication and its importance, inspired by Crucial Conversations.
- Exercise: Paired practice – participants discuss a real-life challenging conversation scenario and explore how clear communication could improve outcomes.
- Group Discussion: Reflections and key takeaways for establishing clear communication in daily work.

11:00 – 12:30 | Module 2: Active Listening and Ensuring Understanding
- Theory: Introduction to active listening and techniques to confirm mutual understanding, based on Crucial Conversations principles.
- Exercise: “Spoken – Heard – Understood” – participants work in trios (speaker, listener, observer) to practice active listening and confirm understanding.
- Discussion: Insights and practical tips for applying active listening techniques in real-life situations.

13:30 – 14:45 | Module 3: Cross-Cultural Communication and Understanding Remote Teams

- Exercise: “Story Sprint” – participants prepare and deliver a short story about a project or challenge, focusing on clarity and engagement.

- Theory: The role of emotions in communication and strategies for initiating conversations with empathy and clarity.
