Joern Steinz (MBA)
Design Thinking Workshop Facilitator & Trainer
Joern Steinz is the founder of INNOMINDS, an innovation training and consulting firm based in Hamburg. For more than a decade, he has been designing and facilitating Design Thinking workshops that help teams unlock creativity, solve complex challenges, and develop practical solutions that stick.
His approach combines broad professional experience with continuous learning. Over the years, Joern has taken part in programs by IDEO and the Hasso Plattner Institute and holds an MBA from the EADA Business School in Barcelona. Before founding INNOMINDS, he worked as a consultant at Accenture, gaining valuable insights into strategy and organizational change.
Although Hamburg is home, Joern regularly works with teams across Europe and beyond. From startups to multinational corporations, his workshops are known for being clear, engaging, and results-driven—always tailored to the needs of the participants.
He has supported organizations such as Allianz, Bayer, Capgemini, DHL, E.ON, Ferrero, Horváth & Partners, Lufthansa, McKinsey & Company, Personio, PwC, Sanofi, Siemens, and Volkswagen, as well as many agencies, trainers, and consultants.
