How the Structure Works

Like any good story, your presentation follows an introduction, a main section, and a conclusion:

  • Introduction – Call to Adventure: Describe the audience’s familiar world (the current state) and the core challenge. Create shared understanding and set up the contrast between today and a better tomorrow.
  • Main Section – Overcoming Obstacles: Resolve the tension you created in the intro. Alternate between key challenges and clear, actionable solutions. Equip your “hero” with tools, knowledge, and next steps.
  • Conclusion – Call to Action: Reaffirm your big idea, recap the key actions, and reassure the audience that the goal is worth it—and achievable.
