Workshop Facilitation
Structure. Activities. Templates.
This page serves as a reference for our Workshop Facilitation Training.
It is continuously updated with structures, activities and principles to help you run better workshops and meetings.
The Universal Structure of Workshops
Almost every workshop can be designed using a simple structure consisting of at least six phases that guide participants towards clear outcomes and actions.
This structure is inspired by the success of the Design Thinking framework, but has been expanded to make it universally applicable to many different workshop formats.
